In Dragon‘s World, meditation is accessible for all of his friends.

Dragon
A little older and a little wiser, Dragon is a meditation teacher who guides his friends to see the magic they have inside themselves.
Dragon loves teaching his friends to meditate so they can accept the present moment without judgement, observe feelings in their minds and bodies, and feel the peace and calm meditation brings.

Dragon

Bear
Bear has a speech disability, and sometimes he has a hard time communicating. Dragon teaches Bear how to relax his mind and body so he can speak more easily.

Bunny
Bunny has ADHD and loves how moving meditations keep her body moving while relaxing her mind. She says that meditation helps her focus, so she can pay attention to the things she loves.

Deer
Deer is deaf and loves watching American Sign Language and captioned meditation videos that involve senses other than sound. Deer says that meditation helps her develop a sense of gratitude, for herself and others.

Eagle
Eagle has vision loss. She loves soaring in the sky feeling the wind beneath her wings. By allowing Eagle to experience the world through her other senses, meditation helps Eagle feel secure in new places and with new people.

Fox
Fox is like most little ones: he has a lot of anxiety. In meditation he is learning about accepting mind and body sensations, and practicing mindful ways to relax.

Mouse
Mouse is often sad and finds that meditation helps him acknowledge his feelings. Through meditation Mouse is learning how to love and be a good friend to himself.

Owl
Owl often doesn’t feel well and loves how meditation relaxes his mind and body when he is sick, in pain, or having a medical procedure.

Raccoon
Raccoon has an intellectual disability and loves easy-to-understand meditations that are supportive and encouraging. She finds that meditation helps her stay positive and motivated, no matter what life throws at her.

Turtle
Turtle doesn’t always live in Dragon’s World. Turtle is in the foster care system, and is often between homes. Meditation helps Turtle feel grounded wherever she is and when she is missing those she loves.

Weasel
Weasel has autism, cerebral palsy, and uses a wheelchair. When Weasel meditates, he is always in a place and position that feel comfortable for him like his chair, in a swing, or maybe his favorite tent. Weasel loves that Dragon has created meditations especially for him to do with his service dog, Henry.
