This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information we obtain from users of the Website, the App, and any related services, sales, and events (collectively, the “Sites”). Equality in Service and Price

Our prices and services are not affected by whether you opt-out of having your data collected our shared.

Third-Party Websites

The Sites may contain advertisements from third parties that are not affiliated with us, and which may link to other websites, online services, or mobile applications. We cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of data you provide to any third parties. Any data collected by third parties is not covered by this Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of any third parties, including other websites, services, or applications that may be linked to or from the Sites.

Geographic and Age-Specific Privacy Rights

While the Sites contain content that may benefit children, our Terms of Use (a) require parental or guardian permission and supervision for Site users between the ages of 13 and 17 (inclusive); and (b) do not permit use of the Sites by children under age 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If information has been provided to us by or about a child under age 13, we request that a parent or guardian contact us immediately at [email protected].

We ask Site users between the ages of 13 and 17 (inclusive) to provide a parent or guardian’s contact information; the parent or guardian’s email address will be used to obtain consent prior to the child providing any personal information to us. We may require additional information if such information is reasonably necessary to verify a child’s age and that the child’s use of the Sites is being supervised by a parent or guardian.

California law permits California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year.
